Manhattan, Kansas

The boys and I jumped at the opportunity to travel to Kansas with my mother-in-law. Our annual fall trip for a Wildcat football game has not been conducive with seeing the sites around the city. So, for the next five days we’ll be going on “adventures” around Manhattan. We have already shopped at Aldi, explored a green house, enjoyed happy our shakes at Sonic, played at the splash park, and visited Papa at Weber Hall. This is going to be fun!

If you’ve never been to Manhattan, I’m sure you’d enjoy it. The limestone architecture is beautiful, and the trees are unbelievable for this crew from north central South Dakota. I’d recommend visiting in the fall though, because this heat and humidity is for the birds.

Thanks for Reading!
