Road Trip!

I get excited about the little things in life.  My husband sometimes teases me about it, but I just cannot help it.  Yesterday John needed to check cattle near Hosmer, SD.  He invited Gunder and me to tag along, and I jumped at the chance for a road trip!

I thought this sign was very unusual. If you look closely, it appears that one man is pounding the other man with a club.

We dined at Dakota Cafe. Two hot ham and cheese sandwiches, two bowls of homemade chicken noodle soup, a basket of fries, a Diet Coke, and a Mountain Dew for a grand total of $17.00! I love small town South Dakota.

Jason showed John all the bells and whistels on the Ranger. John thinks we need one.

Although our day wasn’t glamorous, it was a lot of fun spending the day with my family.
